(New York, NY – October 3, 2012) – The Moinian Group announces the closing of a 14,000 square-foot, long-term lease for OfficeLinks at 450/460 Park Avenue South, the 12-story, 180,000 square-foot office building located between East 30th and 31st Streets in Manhattan.
Jovani Rampersad, Commercial Leasing Director for The Moinian Group, negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner, while Jonathan Tootell of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
The lease represents a new Manhattan location for OfficeLinks. Founded in 2003 in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, the company provides premier on-demand office space and meeting facilities. OfficeLinks now has more than 650 workspaces across the country, including three Class A locations in New York City. In addition, OfficeLinks recently opened an office on the 84th floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago, also a Moinian Group building.
