Leasing was again the most active segment of the New York City commercial real estate market last week, with a building in NoMad scoring its second major tenant.
Golden Touch Imports, which specializes in apparel, is taking 60K SF at 500 Seventh Ave., the New York Post reports. The lease will allow it to consolidate its office space from 1400 and 1410 Broadway. Savitt Partners’ Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren brokered the deal for Golden Touch. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler and Whitney Anderson represented the landlord, the Moinian Group, Chetrit Group and Edward J. Minskoff Equities.
