    Moinian acquired four acres in Downtown Los Angeles’s highly anticipated LA Live, adjacent to the Staples Center, with plans of constructing millions of square feet of residences, hotel and retail space.

    The Moinian Group celebrates the opening of the W NY Downtown Hotel & Residences, which was built from the ground up, New York City.
