DOWNTOWN DALLAS HIGH-RISE
For over three decades, Renaissance Tower, affectionately called RenTower, has been a proud part of the distinctive Dallas skyline. Designed and completed in 1974 by HOK of Dallas as a 56-story gold glass box, Ren Tower underwent a major renovation in 1986 that included a remodeling all public areas and significant building exterior changes. The tower soars 886 feet, making it the second tallest building in Dallas, with an illuminated façade that gives Renaissance Tower a uniquely beautiful signature in the skyline.

The area is also connected via the Dallas Pedestrian Network, a system of walkways that link buildings, garages and parks through tunnels and skybridges and features an underground city of shops and restaurants.
